Detailed description: On the previous forums there was a suggestion to change the telegraph system to a postal system considering that telegraphs back in 1876 were extremely costly for the common man.
Commands/items to implement: Changes to the wording of the telegraph system to instead be a mail system. But if the coding team wanted to take it a step further, they could have telegraphs be instantaneous and more expensive whereas post could have a delay of a few OOC hours but be far, far cheaper or free as the current system has telegrams.
Benefits of adding: Improving immersion.
