Blackwater Square YMAP

Detailed description: Simple suggestion. Acquire one of the few different Blackwater Square maps for use in the server, or see about putting one together for our use in-house.

Benefits of adding:

It'd give Blackwater the visual appearance of growth given the population move into it's general area; as well as provide those using the courthouse (and possibly other buildings, if a square with other buildings added was used) the ability to come and go without walking through a construction zone. Blackwater could get the built up bank unlike the less secure one on the main street, extra shops, maybe a dedicated government building, and so on.

+1 However I think it would be better if it appeared after a month long construction event just so it doesn't pop up suddenly.

There's a construction job in town, right? Bump the rewards on it for a week or two RL time to encourage people to roleplay doing that and then build the new stuff!

Yea but it's about building the little wooden house, I'm thinking of either moving the build points + the job location or creating a temporary one that would have more rewards.

Event or no, the damn thing's been a painful construction zone since the server opened. I'd just like to have something nice to walk on instead of going through the muck every time I need to go to court. It used to be a different construction zone, but something changed at some point.
